Take one cup of coconut milk and add one tablespoon of fenugreek seed powder, Neem (Margosa) powder, Brahmi (Indian Pennywort) powder and Indian gooseberry powder each. Mix it well. Further, add one spoon of Aloe Vera gel. Add grated beetroot to the mixture and maintain its consistency.

If you catch cold quickly, then keep this mixture in a bowl of warm water and then apply it on the hair. Initially, massage your hair with your favourite hair oil. It could be our usual coconut oil, almond oil or even olive oil. Massage your scalp too properly for at least 5 to 10 minutes. Then, apply this mixture to your hair and scalp carefully.
